Opening of the Colmar Christmas market
The Colmar Christmas market will open on 23 November 2026. It is one of the main markets in Alsace and an absolute must-see!
The Kaysersberg Christmas market begins on 27 November!
The Kaysersberg Christmas market will begin on Friday 27 November and will continue every weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) until 20 December!
The Strasbourg Christmas market begins on 27 November!
The Strasbourg Christmas market, the best known in the region, will be open from Friday 27 November until 24 December.
The magic of the illuminations and the richness of its various Christmas markets make it a must-see. If you can, choose a weekday to explore it. Open every day from 11.30 am to 9 pm, except on 27 November (opening at 2 pm) and 24 December (closing at 6 pm).
11, 12 and 13 December: the Ottmarsheim Christmas market!
On this December weekend, we recommend a visit to the Ottmarsheim Christmas market. Set around the magnificent Romanesque abbey church, the market is special in that it offers products from museum shops as well as from designers and makers. The activities on offer are very enjoyable (small shows, Saint Nicholas with horse-drawn carriage rides, concerts...) and the illuminations are very beautiful. A small market with an intimate, family atmosphere and high-quality products, a different feel from the region's big markets. Our favourite of the weekend!
Friday from 5.30 pm to 9 pm, Saturday from 11 am to 9 pm and Sunday from 11 am to 8 pm.
